Biografie: Bart Reitsma I知 Bart, an independent financial coach and innovation specialist in the financial world. I知 a dedicated fly fisher for more then 20 years. As a fly fisher I知 interested in entomology and fly tying. Trying to understand what fish feed on and try to make flies that lure fish is of course my goal. I知 not trying to make the most realistic flies, for which I respect my fellow fly tyers who do so, but I try to make flies as simple as possible. I believe in movement of flies, therefore I use a couple of techniques. I知 trying to learn from the classical patterns and find a way to use new materials in order to make them more effective or easier to tie. I知 learning every day and hope to improve my knowledge and skills.  Where
do I fish? I like to fish streams and rivers, but also like to fish
lakes and coastal waters. Not only abroad you find wonderful fishing
opportunities, Dutch waters are wonderful to fish with a fly. So
don稚 forget your fly rod while attending the Fly Fair! Learning other people how to tie a fly or to cast one creates pleasure. You can find me at several fairs, international ones and local, where I show my ideas and patterns. Together with Ton Krabman, a friend of mine and fellow fly fisher, I give fly fishing courses.
