Biografie: David Wolsoncroft-Dodds David is obsessed with fly-fishing for pike.  He is a full-time guide, instructor and writer who has enjoyed his sport in many different countries. He has caught pike from the wilderness of Northern Manitoba and the salt water of the Swedish Baltic. Ireland holds a special place in his affections and he is a regular visitor. His flies are designed to solve fishing problems and are constructed to withstand the attentions of the pikes’ impressive armoury of teeth. They have accounted for many pike of more than 20lbs and a fair few of more than 30lbs. He has worked on casting techniques to make using large, hairy baitfish patterns a pleasant, relaxed process. He is happy to answer questions and provide any help to aspiring pike fly-fishers |
