Biografie: Herman Broers Herman was born 1961 in Amsterdam, where he still lives. He worked in pre-press for 
twentythree years before he had to stop pre-press due to rsi
problems. In august 2004 he started a small company called
Predatorflies. Within Predatorflies Herman works as (agent)
sales-representative for VDS (Flyscene) and Vision in Holland. He is member of the flyscene and Whiting pro-team and does flytying demonstrations and instruction. Herman started fishing at age six, he discovered flyfishing and flytying in the late 80's and over the years became a fly only man (with a passion for the salt). In Holland he likes to fish for the Seabass, Pike and of course the Oostvoorne Trout. In flytying Herman has a passion for streamers. The first flytying demonstrations he gave were at the local shops. The first big show where he tied was the Fly Fair in Holland. Since then Herman tied at shows in Denmark, Germany, Belgium, France, UK, Italy, Sweden and the USA. |
