Biografie: Ulf Pierrou I´m a middle aged civil servant... No, wait... I´m a fly fisherman who learned freshwater 
ecology and in the end became a fisheries director. My education
coupled with my interest in fly fishing has made me write books on
entomology, ecology and fisheries management, all books aimed at the
ordinary fly fisherman who is not a trained ecologist. It has also
led me to search for simple but efficient patterns for brown trout,
grayling and rainbow trout. Simple patterns aimed to catch fish
rather than fishermen :) A picture called ulf.jpg is attached to this letter – it is a few years old but I look almost the same, it is the best I have - new glasses, new shirt and new vest but same old man :-) |
